What do sessions look like?
Sessions are personalized and are guided by the current individual or group's needs and experiences. Proactive steps can be taken within each area to learn healthy coping mechanisms and psychological skills such as of goal setting, pre-performance plans, mindfulness, communication, emotional regulation, imagery, and evaluation.
